Who is behind the runners?
Hi, I'm Lukas Britschgi, I'm from Schaffhausen and I spend most of my life on the ice. My highlight so far? Clearly - the gold medal at the 2025 European Championships! But every success starts with a dream, hard work and a strong team. What drives me? The joy of figure skating, the support of my fans and the goal to keep improving. I'm glad you want to find out more about me!

My story
My first time on the ice was as a small child. My mother was an ice dancer and J&S instructor at the time. So she simply dragged me to the ice rink with her and didn’t need a babysitter! I started in a children’s course at the age of six, followed by my first individual lessons with a trainer. The older I got, the more motivated and ambitious I trained. I currently do up to 25 hours a week on the ice, in the gym and in the ballet room. My big goals are the 2026 Olympics in Milan and the 2027 home World Championships in Lausanne.
